Rental Rates
- Off Season Rates (Before Memorial Day & After Labor Day)
- $150/night with 3-night minimum or $800/week.
- Summer Rates (May 24 - August 16)
- $1,400 week – Saturday to Saturday only
- 4th of July Week (June 28-July 5)
- $1,600 week
- Late Summer Rates (August 16 - August 30)
- $1,200 week – Saturday to Saturday only.

Reservation Information
- $350 deposit required at time of booking.
- Deposit is non-refundable if renter cancels reservation within 30 days of arrival date
- Balance due 21 days prior to arrival date.
- Check in is 4 pm EST, Check Out is 10 am EST
- All rental will be subject to 5% sales tax
